If you would like to remove photos of your home or apartment from our website, please contact the Igluu support team. We are happy to help.

Igluu gets its listings through a variety of feeds such as partners, brokers, agents, and third-party feed providers. Listings must be removed at the original listing source to cancel your listing. Once removed it will no longer show up on Igluu or any other listing site. 

A listing can take 24-48 hours to appear on Igluu once it’s activated at a listing source. If your listing does not appear on the site after this period of time, please confirm with your listing provider that the listing feed is being sent to Igluu. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact our support team.

Igluu receives listings through a variety of feed sources. In order to edit your listing you have edit the listing at the source. Once updated, the changes should appear on our site in 24 hours.

Click on the profile photo on the upper right and select Edit profile from the drop down menu.

No, Igluu is a listings service. We do not own any of the apartments listed on our site.

Igluu actively filters out fraudulent listings from our site, but as a general rule always be vigilant about potential fraud in listings. Here are some signs your listing might be fraudulent:

1.     If someone asks you to send money through Western Union, Moneygram, or a Prepaid Visa card.

2.     The landlord is in another state and can’t show you the property.

3.     The price is significantly lower than similar properties in the neighborhood

If you encounter any of the above and you think the listing might be fraudulent, please contact our support team right away at info@igluu.com.


When viewing an apartment, you can share the listing through any of the listed social media platform by clicking on the social media icons underneath the word “Share.”

To report a user or listing please contact our support team at info@igluu.com.

To save users or listings of interest, click the “Add to Favorites” option on the right side of the user or listings page.

Click on the profile photo on the upper right and select My Favorites from the drop down menu.

No-fee listings are available apartments that don’t require broker services or fees.

The purpose of Igluu is to help connect people. Once you begin an agreement with another user, the arrangement is strictly between you and the other party.

Igluu allows you to list as many apartments and rooms as you like as long as you are the landlord or licensed agent representing these properties.

No. Users can only see what you select to display on your profile.

Igluu is currently web-based and mobile friendly. Our app is currently under development.
